Who we all are

Sally Lansdale and Simon Lichtenstein both trained at the British School of Osteopathy and qualified in 1984. After practising and teaching Osteopathy in London, they set up the Leominster Osteopathic Clinic in 1989. Simon was tragically killed in a helicopter crash in 2010 but his legacy continues at the clinic where his studies of nutrition, exercise and allergies alongside Osteopathy have helped many patients over the years. Sally now works mainly with the IDD Therapy machine which was installed in January 2010. There have been some amazingly successful results with the IDD machine on patients with serious disc problems, who otherwise may have had to undergo surgery. She is also the main trainer for IDD in the UK and Europe.

Sally and Simon's two children are in their late teens working away and studying locally.

Viv Marks graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy in 1985 with Diplomas in both disciplines. She built up a flourishing practice in Kenya before moving to Worcester in 1998. During her 25 years experience, Viv has worked in a wide variety of settings and learnt to apply a range of approaches to treating the whole person. These have included professional sportsmen and women. Viv loves gardening, walking, keeping fit, the Arts and, most of all, being with her family.

Mark Roughley qualified as an engineer in 2001 after which he divided his time between working and travelling. He decided to follow his dream and retrain as an Osteopath in 2009. Since qualifying he has worked in clinics in London and Singapore. He enjoys spending time with his wife and baby boy, keeping fit and is expanding his Osteopathic scope by treating dogs and horses too.
